All courses, digital products, and training materials sold on Learnexo.in are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed it.
  • You were charged twice due to a technical error.
  • The course you purchased was not delivered due to a system failure.

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You change your mind after purchase.

  • You expected different results but did not follow the steps.
  • Your device, internet, or software is incompatible.

4. Subscription & Membership Fees

All subscription or membership payments are non-refundable once activated.

5. Technical Issues

If you face technical issues accessing your course, our support team will assist you. This does not qualify as a refund reason unless the course is unavailable permanently.
